A follow-up email will be sent within 48 hours.  Any changes to your pre-order need to be finalized before the pre-order ends.  Additional hands, feet, body blushing and face-up will be available for purchase on week 2 of the pre-order.

Shipping is included within the US.  If you are purchasing a doll from outside the US, we will send you a separate quote for the shipping cost.  We will make every effort to accommodate orders outside the US.  If any difficulties arise, or we're not able to ship to your address or country, your order may be cancelled and refunded.
